Hi everyone, Do you think that most of the time you're cruising along with your speech sound kids? Most of the time for me it feels like, even if it's slow progress, the cues are landing and we’ve got a good rhythm going. But then you get that one kid who completely throws you off! (Or maybe you get two or three because lord knows we've had some rough years!) Nothing works, you’re trying every trick you know, and suddenly you’re questioning everything ever written about R or clusters or phonology. We’ve all had those kids. Honestly, those are the kids who push us to go deeper. The series is focused on the updated, evidence based information we need right now. It will help with the kids who stump us and the ones who just need a fresh approach. Here’s what’s included: The Speech Sound Disorders Series You can grab all three courses for $150. And if you just want the multilingual assessment course, Sharynne’s two hour session is on sale for $58. What I love about this series is that it’s practical. Kelly and Sharynne explain things in a way that makes you go oh that finally makes sense. And you can take their ideas straight into your next session. If you want to check it out or grab the bundle, here’s the (affiliate) link: Speech Sound Disorders Series Fall in love with speech sound disorders again! If you end up watching any of the courses, let me know what you think. I want to know what clicks for you! Thank you, |

Hi everyone, I'm back at it this Sunday releasing an assessment-focused video. Last week, we discussed the Receptive One Word Picture Vocabulary Test, Spanish-Bilingual Edition, 4th Edition (click to watch last week's). This week I'm talking about it's expressive companion test: the Expressive One Word Picture Vocabulary Test, Spanish-Bilingual, 4th Edition or the EOW PVT SB4 (click to watch) I walk you through the scoring of this assessment. One thing I discuss is that I've heard that this...
Hi everyone, The good news is that 2026 is going pretty good for me, definitely a year of new learning. However, 2024 and 2025 were both two of my worst years ever. I had a lot of hopes for 2025 because it was my year in the Chinese zodiac (I'm the snake). It held so much promise and then in the end it was bust. *cue tears* LUCKILY, it seems like 2026 is slowly becoming a wonderful year where I'm learning a ton of new skills and enjoying the process. I can't wait to share more in subsequent...
Hi everyone, Like I said last week, spring is making me so happy. I just looked outside and saw GREEN BUDS on the trees. That means baby squirrels are next! This squirrel family always has babies in the spring and I can't wait. The babies are so cute and silly. Anyway, I'm back uploading speech therapy related videos on YouTube. I just uploaded a video scoring the CELF4 in Spanish. What a wild test that is in terms of scoring! I'm still waiting for them to release a CELF5 in Spanish and...
