Hi everyone, We are all counting down to Thanksgiving break, am I right? Before we get there, I wanted to send you a little encouragement. You have worked so hard this fall and you deserve to finish the next few days feeling proud of what you accomplished. Even if you feel like you didn't do much, don't forget small wins count! Those are the things that add up! I am cheering for you to walk into break with a sense of relief and maybe even a little joy. I also wanted to continue sharing my personal weight loss journey. Hi everyone, The good news is that 2026 is going pretty good for me, definitely a year of new learning. However, 2024 and 2025 were both two of my worst years ever. Hi everyone, Like I said last week, spring is making me so happy. I just looked outside and saw GREEN BUDS on the trees. That means baby squirrels are next! This squirrel family always has babies in the spring and I can't wait. The babies are so cute and silly. Anyway, I'm back uploading speech therapy related videos on YouTube.
